Ingredients:
- 12 chicken pieces
- 2 cups amasi (fermented milk or buttermilk)
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 30 ml chicken seasoning
- 20 g salt (divided)
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 30 ml BBQ seasoning
- 1 liter oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken
- Combine the chicken pieces with amasi, oregano, Dijon mustard, chicken seasoning, and 15 g of salt. Mix well.
