  • 2 pounds beef cubes
  • 2 onions, diced

  • 12 oz (340 ml) beer
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 large potatoes, cubed

Instructions:

  1. Sear the Beef:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
    • Add the beef cubes and sear on all sides until browned. Remove the beef and set aside on a plate.
