Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Hershey’s Kisses (foil removed)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

    • Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, one spoonful at a time, mixing just until the dough forms. Avoid overmixing.
  3. Shape and Roll:
    • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball.
    • Coat each dough ball generously in extra granulated sugar.
    • Place the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Bake the cookies for 8–10 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and set but still soft in the center.
  5. Add the Hershey’s Kisses:
    • Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. Be gentle to avoid cracking the cookies.
    • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
