Ingredients:
- 350g ground beef
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 3 tbsp spicy ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a food processor, combine the parsley and onion. Blend for a few seconds until finely chopped.
- Add the breadcrumbs and pulse briefly to combine.
- Season the Meat:
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, ketchup, egg, and nutmeg.
- Add the parsley, onion, and breadcrumb mixture. Blend or mix everything until evenly combined.
- Shape the Meatloaf:
- Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish. Alternatively, press it into a loaf or cake mold for a neater presentation.
- Bake the Meatloaf:
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until fully cooked through and browned on top.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
