These Cheesy Pizza Sliders are the ultimate mini treat for any gathering. Hawaiian rolls are stuffed with gooey mozzarella, savory pizza sauce, and flavorful pepperoni slices, then brushed with a buttery Parmesan and Italian herb glaze. They’re quick to assemble and even quicker to disappear—perfect for family get-togethers, game days, or an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (1 cup + 1½ cups)
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices deli-style pepperoni
  • ⅓ cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prep
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare the Rolls
Keeping the rolls connected, carefully slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
  3. Add the Fillings
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella over the bottom rolls.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cheese.
  • Layer the pepperoni slices in 5 rows of 4, covering the sauce.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1½ cups of mozzarella over the pepperoni.
  1. Top with the Rolls and Glaze
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer. Using a pastry brush, coat the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  2. Bake
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, slice the rows to separate the sliders, and serve warm.
